Cancellation Policy

LuxeAmour Weddings accepts all major credit cards, Venmo, ZELLE and cash. The ceremony fee for LuxeAmour Weddings is comprised of two (2) parts. The first part is the Retainer Fee, which is fifty percent (50%) of the total ceremony fee. In order to complete the booking process, LuxeAmour Weddings must receive a signed and dated Ceremony Agreement and the Retainer Fee. This Agreement expires at midnight on the date of the ceremony. 2. Once the Retainer fee and Agreement is accepted, LuxeAmour Weddings will reserve the ceremony on its calendar, and hereby agrees to officiate at the ceremony. I (we) agree that the retainer fee be forfeited should we not use LuxeAmour Weddings due to any changes that I (we) make in the schedule, due to cancellation of the wedding for any reason, or if I(we) decide to use another Officiant. 3. If a change in the agreement wedding date is initiated by the couple, LuxeAmour Weddings will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the new date and/or time and transfer the retainer fee as a credit for the new date and any updated ceremony fee. If LuxeAmour Weddings is unable to provide an officiant for the new date, the retainer will be forfeited as it reserved the date and was applied to pre-ceremony officiant preparation/services. In all cases of scheduling conflicts, LuxeAmour Weddings will make all reasonable attempts to assist in obtaining another Officiant. 4. Agree to pay the remaining balance, if any, Seven Days (7 days) prior to the scheduled ceremony date unless other payment arrangements are made in advance. Zelle is the preferred payment method, however, payments may also be made by Venmo or Credit card. **Credit Card payments will have an additional 3.6% processing fee.** 5. To pay for any ceremony site entrance fees, and any parking fees for the Officiant’s vehicle. 6. As required by law, a valid marriage license, issued by the appropriate jurisdiction, must be presented to the Officiant prior to the start of the ceremony. A marriage ceremony may not be performed without a valid license unless the couple is already legally married and have provided a copy of the marriage license. 7. Agree that the wedding will start within 30 minutes of the agreed upon start time. If the wedding does not start on time, I/we agree to pay an overtime rate of $50 per half-hour or any portion thereof, commencing after the 30-minute grace period.
